It's at a 50% charge. Went to plug it into the charger that charged it up yesterday with no problems and am getting a message saying "Stopped charge" due to incompatibility and to use the charger that came with the tablet. This is the charger that came with the tablet. I've attempted restarting my tablet. I've done the "battery pull". I've done the trick suggested on other forums of holding the power button 10-20 seconds while it powers off and plugging the charger in. Each time, same message comes up. And each attempt seems to drain the battery even more.

However that's not a permanent fix. You will have to find out which app is doing it. You can start by removing your most recently installed apps
