Here's how to change or reset your Voicemail password via the My Verizon website.
- From a computer, sign into My Verizon.
- From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:.
- SelectManagebelow the applicable device.
- From the Settings & Preferences section, selectManage voicemail password.
- If necessary, select the device then select one of the following options:
- Create my own passwordEnter the new password into the required fields.The password can't have repeating digits (e.g., 1111) or consecutive digits (e.g., 1234).
- Choose a password for me
- SelectConfirm.
