No, if you want a different amount of data, you'll have to switch to a current plan. You can do this from the Manage plans page in My Verizon.
What's the monthly line access charge for a smartphone with a Verizon device payment agreement on a single line plan?

I'm on a Verizon device payment agreement now, what do I have to do to get the $15 monthly line access credit?
If you're already under an existing Verizon device payment agreement on a single line plan, you'll automatically receive the $15 monthly line access credit. You don't have to do a thing.
If I'm no longer on a Verizon device payment agreement, do I still get the monthly access credit?
No, customers who are currently enrolled and making monthly payments towards their Verizon device payment agreement qualify for the $15 monthly line access credit.
Are international minutes included in single line plans?
No, only calls to other US landline and mobile numbers are unlimited. Standard international long distance rates apply. However, you can add World Messaging Unlimited for $5 per month for unlimited international messages and deeply discounted per minute rates.
