A message from Nancy Clark, senior vice president of customer service:

As the longest government shutdown in U.S. history continues, we want you to know that Verizon will have your back. We are waiving late fees and agent assist fees for federal government employees directly impacted for the duration of the shutdown.

We appreciate everything you do and we'll continue to do what we can to help you stay connected.

You can utilize any of our self-service tools or speak with one of our financial services representatives for further assistance. For support with wireless, call 1-866-266-1445. For assistance with residential home service, call 1-800-VERIZON.

January 7, 2019

To those federal government employees impacted by the government shutdown: we’re here for you.

We know this is a difficult time for you and all those directly affected by this closure, and we want to make sure you can stay connected to family, friends and loved ones with America’s largest and most reliable 4G LTE network. After all, a disruption to government operations should not result in a disruption to your cell service.
