If you use it as a backup, emergency phone, or camera, it's awesome. I can't get through two hours of work using it as a real phone though.

This has been a great for me, I have used it for close to a year now after being unhappy with how large phones just don't fit in my hand. I would constantly break them or feel the need to spend a little too long on certain apps which sucked my time. Thankfully this phone solved those problems, it functions just enough to get me by as a phone should. I do use a tablet or desktop for anything where I need to type a lot like emails, but it gets the job done in a pinch and has a sufficient camera and sound system as well. It does have a pretty short battery life, but I have a battery pack I carry and just am mindful to keep it charged though it rarely dies on me now that I am used to it. I use the find my device app if I ever misplace it around the house. I lost my old bigger phones quite often. For all the negatives this phone has gotten in some reviews I've seen, there is almost always an upside like the sheer size of it and how handy it is to fit in a pocket or small purse. Just a wonderful minimal phone!

Not worth what they are charging

Great idea but horrible execution of it. It’s one of the most irritating phones I’ve ever used. I like the size and feel of it but it’s just so hard to get it reconnected and get it set up and the battery life is atrocious. I got this because I want a phone that is kind of a minimalistic phone to cut back on my usage but it needs to actually be usable for calls and texts. It’s a brilliant idea but just so poorly made. The battery life is just awful and it’s slow and buggy. I wanted to love this phone but I just can’t.
Love my palm

I just don’t like wearables. Hoping for a palm 2, with more battery life. I run it all day, and it makes it, but just barely. Would love an upgrade!
Stopped woking

The phone worked great for what I intended it for for about a year. No longer receives calls or messages on the shared number. Spent hours with tech support with no success in getting the problem fixed. Their final determination was that the SIM card had gone bad but of course you cannot replace the SIM card on this phone. Replacing the phone would cost more than what I still owe on it. Not a durable phone and does not last. I am very disappointed because my initial experience was very positive.
NO BATTERY LIFE

It's possible that when used as a companion phone this is fine, but I was looking for a very small stand alone phone. NO. BATTERY. I bought it with a Mophie case after reading the reviews, thinking it would help but even with that, I needed to charge the phone twice a day and then overnight! Had to return, which was unfortunate. (Texting was a challenge too, cuz it's so tiny, but I would have kept it anyway had there been a normal battery life)
Cannot get texting to work

I really want it to love the palm companion however right out of the box the battery died very quickly I felt compelled to keep charging it to make sure that whatever I needed to do to get my phone set up it wouldn’t die. When I did get to a point where I was able to do the Verizon messages plus with my iPhone I could never get the QR to scan it was very frustrating. I tried it so many different ways and forward it to myself try to scan it but it never worked. If you don’t get the QR to work you’re not going to be able to use the texting does not have a standalone text message you have to use the Verizon messages and if you are on an iPhone you will have to turn off your iMessage and FaceTime it’s just simply not worth it if you’re not going to be able to utilize the Messages portion of this and I don’t want to spend hours and hours and on and trying to get this to fix it just wouldn’t work for me so I’m sending it back and unfortunately have to pay a restocking fee so not really happy about that. Other than that it seems like a fairly sturdy product it does feel nice it is tiny I was looking forward to taking it with me to the gym it does seem like a quality phone very basic very minimalist however there’s no way I’m going to deal with the texting part as well as the fact that the battery life is the worst I’ve ever seen on any device ever.
I didn't find it synced well

Text messages did not sync well with Galaxy S7 so that was a dealbreaker, I returned it.
Also cannot turn off notifications from individual apps and I would be nervous to lose such a tiny device if I turned off the sound entirely, so that also was not useful.
Pros - very light, if you're a jogger this might be good.
Great Phone

Great phone. The phone is designed to pull you away from electronics and back into society. I use the phone sparingly and the battery will last me all day. If I end up using it more, I just have a charger with me or a battery pack. It charges back up really fast! For example from almost a 0% it will charge back up to almost 100% or just under within an hour. If you use the phone as it is advertised, it does exactly what its supposed to. Fast, clear calls, and can put it anywhere and not worry about it. Great phone!

Is this suitable for your “only” phone? My husband likes the simple old flip phones no frills. Hard to get a decent one these days
