Improvement over tv sound but….

Love the Verizon 5g Home experience. Llightning fast 5gUW W when not connected to home hub and 350-400 MBPS when connected for streaming TV. While my B&O was free when I signed up Im disappointed in the sound quality. The system dows need a sub woofer and it seems that one cant be added.

It’s sounds good works great but don’t have soundwoofer which is frustrating me. I thought it was good deal but wasn’t. Brand is high price expensive but this style needed soundwoofer that’s all I need. If anyone want this product I prefer better buy different soundbar with soundwoofer. That’s all.

Whatever you do, do not opt this as your add-on. You are much better off getting a second hand Samsung soundbar off Amazon than wasting any money on this. Software cannot even sync properly with Apple TV or other smart TV-based products.

Nice design, good quality with decent sound

The packaging is great. The sound bar arrived with no instructions but were easily found on google. The directions are not that great. Be sure watch the video on google and be sure to plug into the OUT of the bar or you will be frustrated with nothing happening. The remote may not link right away but it eventually will. After that, the set up is very easy. The most difficult part of this process is entering all of your pass words for all the apps. Other than that, the set up is pretty normal. The sound quality seems great as is. I am have not figured out how to use the EQ, or the sound functions other than what is being played though normal. There is nothing in the manual or on google for sound adjustment options. But is does sound good. There is NO support at all with Verizon so DO not call and ask for help. I did and found out the hard way that there is no support on this product even though it has the Verizon name and logo all over it. Do not expect the same great tech support you get with your cell phone. I was told if you don't like it, return it. This sound bars works great if you do not have a smart tv. It makes it smart.

Setting up wasn't easy (by ARC). The sound quality leaves a lot of room for improvement. A single HomePod mini has significantly better sound quality than this bar. It's been a big disappointment.

Very poorly designed. I am still trying to configure this for Dolby Sound input. Only works for Stereo input and almost impossible to make Bluetooth connection work.

This sound at has been nothing but problems, I owe two and use different tv models, same issues. ARC is simply broken, works initially then I get the volume not working, random pops and cracks. Google TV portion needs work as well, no Dolby vision out put to either TVs, aspect ration in apps like Max is wrong. Do not waste your money.

I need a replacement device as turning on & setting up, I have not gotten past the "AndroidTV" loading screen. This happens every single time I unplug and plug back in to power.
