FAQs

Verizon Frontline is a dedicated network solution for first responders and public safety agencies. It offers priority and preemption features to ensure first responders have reliable, uninterrupted communications, especially during emergencies. The platform is built on Verizon’s 4G LTE and 5G networks and is designed to support critical communication needs with advanced technology. Verizon Frontline is driven by the Verizon Frontline Innovation Program, which fosters the development of new public safety technologies.

Verizon Frontline is primarily available to public safety organizations and first responders, including police, fire departments, emergency medical services, and other entities involved in public safety operations. Eligibility is generally restricted to these groups to ensure that the network serves those who need it most during emergencies and critical situations.

To get Verizon Frontline, you typically need to be part of a public safety organization or first responder group. Verizon Frontline is designed specifically for these communities and provides advanced mobile network solutions for mission-critical tasks.

Signing up for Verizon Frontline involves calling Verizon's dedicated sales team that handles public safety and first responder communications. You can use our contact center page.
