Just like the other reviews, my Xbox did not come with the all-access pass activated. I've been told to call microsoft and affirm, but they note verizon has to be the one to activate the xbox. It will be 4 weeks since purchase and verizon has still been unable to activate it. I don't know how microsoft allows verizon to keep running this promotion when they don't deliver on their part to activate the equipment.

Their promotion is that this Xbox Series X includes a 24 month subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. The subscription is included into the total price. Come to find out when I received the Xbox, there was NO Game Pass card in the contents of the box. So I assumed the Game Pass was already installed or implemented on the Xbox itself, there was absolutely no way to redeem or claim the subscription. Talked to Microsoft and I had walked through the steps to see if I can redeem it and I was told it was issue on the retailers end. Absolutely nobody from customer support or the tech support seems to have a clue on how to give a simple 25 digit code for the Game Pass Ultimate on the Xbox itself or in the contents of the box. I had been on the phone for the past 2 days, hours on hold, just to go in circles. Do NOT get this product or accept this promotion. You’re better off buying from a store retailer and getting the console and paying for the subscription yourself. Absolutely poor customer service and terrible advertising on Verizon’s behalf. They expect people to pay the full $800 but not get what you paid for. Terrible way to keep a customer satisfied!

It says game pass is included but it is not included and it is not loaded on to the Xbox , then when contacting support they tell me I need to have Verizon wireless to get 24 months of game pass even though absolutely NO WHERE. Does it say anything about having Verizon wireless , 408$ value that they refuse to give me , not good way to start a relationship with a customer

Game pass is supposed to be included as part of the subscription for 24 months. I got it for 3 months. Took over a month to respond to give me one more month of access. Had to repeat this multiple times over the next few months. Found a resolution for 3 months, now no one is responding to my my emails at all. Just buy it outright and pay through Xbox. Verizon has made this a terrible buying experience

Xbox series x with ultimate game pass. Game pass not delivered. Supposed to be preloaded on Xbox. After troubleshooting with Verizon and Xbox it was determined it was not pre loaded. Now I've waited and am still waiting to hear back from Verizon with a 25digit pin for the ultimate game pass. Get it together Verizon. Or just don't try selling anything but phones if you can't handle the extra business. Someone with the authority needs to purchase two years of game pass ultimate and call me and give me the dang code to activate it. Been three months since my order I would appreciate getting what I paid for.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

There is no card or key to put in for xbox game pass ultimate. Once you start the console up and log in it will ask you to activate game pass on that account. So all the reviews with issues with that are misleading. This is the perfect option to purchase a series x with no interest.

Have been fighting with Verizon for over 2 months now on receiving an Xbox that did not have the ultimate game pass. No one knows anything about the products they sell and continuously try to pass the buck to someone else. Will never order products like this again from Verizon and will make sure no one I know does either.

I bought the Xbox series X with all access pass for 24 mo and will be paying $35/mo for this product and service. I did not receive a code for the 24 months of game pass ultimate, nor was it pre-installed on the console. The Verizon reps I was working with were clueless about the all access program, how it works, and have no resolution at this time.

The Xbox one is fine. The offer to purchase with 2 years Game Pass and All Access does not exist. We did not have it listed on the settings of the Xobox unit and Verizon could not assist and sent us to Microsoft Xbox and even to financial institution that we paid with. There is a true issue and there is no customer service help
