Sometimes a device, if near a time zone border, will pick up the wrong time zone. That may or may not be your situation. Try turning off the watch and wait at least 10 minutes before turning it back on. If that does not work, contact Verizon customer support at 800-922-0204 and ask them to re-activate the watch and do a network sync.It won’t turn on after 5 months

Hi there. Thanks for the 5 stars. To be clear, while approved contacts do need to use the GizmoHub app on their smartphone to send/receive messages to/from the Gizmo watch, there is no restriction on carrier. Only the Gizmo watch needs to be on Verizon.Won’t turn on

We're sorry you're having difficulty. We're think that the watch might not have gotten a full charge even though it may have been on the charger for a sufficient time to charge. Try charging the watch again but before you do wipe the watch's charging contacts with an alcohol swap. (Let the watch dry before putting it on the charger.) If the watch still won't power up after charging, Reach out to Verizon Customer Support at 800-922-0204 to inquire whether a warranty swap can be arranged.Did not receive a discount

Is the watch set up with its own number?
Yes. Gizmo watches are standalone wireless devices. Each Gizmo watch has its own phone number.

Does the watch have wireless charging capabilities?
Gizmo Watch 3 does not have a wireless charger, but it does have a magnetic charger that connects the watch's charging contacts to the charger's pins.

I have the latest gizmo 3 watch for my daughter. It says in the specs that the child can type out personalized text via a keyboard. I do not see a keyboard option anywhere on her brand new watch. I want to know how to use the keyboard they say is on the 3

Does the Gizmo have a calendar or reminder function? That’s most of what we are looking for in a kids Smart Watch.
Gizmo Watch 3 does not have a calendar but it does have to-do tasks with reminders. Using the GizmoHub app, parents can assign tasks and rewards when tasks are completed. Tasks created in GizmoHub sync with the child's Gizmo watch.
