Went from Samsung Galaxy Fold to this. Disappointed. I have no service on it constantly, calls rarely come thru, not good. I have restarted the phone numerous times. Texts are slow to come in. I do love the size. But I Miss my Samsung fold.

I have had this phone for a month now. When you touching the screen it hesitates. Then when trying to swipe left or right you can switch the screen if you go to far to the edge of screen. Then the volume button is not the best. You have to keep pushing instead of just going down with one push. Phone has stalled and I have had to restarted several times since I had it.

The hidden fees get you and the trade in value isn't $1000 off. Phone camera doesn't work too well with other apps except the standard camera app that comes with the phone front cam is also terrible.

ANY Dust on the inside Screen & that screen will be toast. I've had 2 in 2 months. AVOID AT ALL COST

The Screen Protector has a gap just big enough to CONSTANTLY trap things right in the right spot. When you close your inside screen will be Toast!

I got this phone in July. I loved the camera and the size of the screen when the device is unfolded instantly! I also instantly had issues with the touch screen becoming unresponsive to the point that I have to restart the phone to get it to work again. I also constantly have to force close apps to get the apps to work. I've factory reset the phone twice which is time consuming. I had the SIM card replaced. All OS and security updates are current and I check the Play Store daily to ensure that all apps are up to date. Still my issues with this phone persists! I've been trying to get a replacement device since September 6th and now we're in October. I have lost track of the number of hours and agents that I have spoken with to help me get the device replaced. Google, you may have finally pushed me to team Apple! Verizon, the fact that I still have not received my replacement device is insane!!! I've been a loyal Verizon customer but if this is how my loyalty is rewarded perhaps it is time for me to move on! DO BETTER Google and Verizon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's the warranty on the folding screen? Samsung doesn't cover it at all in their warranty. Does Google?
